monthly pain

I had my tubes tied in 2003 and I have had an intense amount of pain with my periods. I have never had menstrual cramps such as these before so this is why I corrilate them with my tubal. It is a horrible pulsating feeling in my ovaries. I have tried heat and cold, I have even resulted to pain pills prescribed by a local physician. But I would like to try something non addictive if possible as well as natural.
