Nasal polyps

I am 34 year old male and in the past 2 years I have had nasal polyps 7 times. I have seen 2 different doctors and both of them tell me they do not know why I am getting them so frequently. I need to get to the bottom of this. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
