no period w/iud x1.5yrs-when will i get it?

I was on Depo for 10 years and had no period. I switched to Mirena because of osteopenia. I was on this for 1 1/2 years with no period and had it removed yesterday because of pain with orgasm. After all this time with no periods, when will my body finally start up again? What should I expect?
