Non-traditional Anti-Inflammatories

I have a 62 y.o. Female patient who is presenting with all the symptoms of pericardial inflammation, yet she is allergic to traditional anti-inflammatories and does not react well with steroid injections. I would appreciate any suggestions anyone can offer on non-traditional anti-inflammatories, or other suggestions for treating pericardial inflammation without steroids or traditional anti-inflammatories.
