Hypoglycemia and nuts

Re: hypoglycemia and blurred vision

I just recently noted that the diet I've found to control my hypo best includes anywhere from 3-6 servings of nuts/day. I'll put almonds in my morning cereal, have a wrap raw veggies (cucumber or celery/carrots) w/peanut butter for lunch, walnuts in my yogurt, and peanut butter crackers for a snack. I never seem to get sick of them, and I've even lost a little bit of weight eating this way. I think nuts are underrated sometimes...
