I agree- I recommend Simply Jif peanut butter (low sugar/sodium) and buying nuts in the baking section of the grocery store b/c they are natural (unroasted/unsalted). Toast them in the oven or toaster oven to bring out thier natural flavors. I'm a dietetics major so if anyone needs ideas to make healthy foods taste better, just ask!
