child lack of immunization

my child has taken for so many times anthibiotics and other medicine due to otitis and nose problems and tonsil and tonsillitis problems, constantly, is problably has to go under surgery to remove his tonsils and on his nose and ears, his immune system is very weak that is constantly ill and taken lots of medicine, and I am quite worried about him and his health and he cannot breathe true his nose and does not sleep wel at night and keeps awaking during the night through all night, his 3 years old and 6months, please let me know what can I do in order to help my baby.
