Gait Problem

All the way through my life everyone have said that I walk "weird."To my fortune, I have managed those commentaries, and not too many people asked me about my walking since a long time. I just met a person some days ago and he immediately inquired me about my gait; he thought I was joking but I wasn't that's how I walk... According to all of them, I tend to not move my arms when I am walking.
I do not think I have something wrong with my arms because I can do anything as a normal person (except walking) I want to know what are some possible causes of my problem and what king or doctor should I go to.
I would really appreciate an answer given that in few months I will move to other city and I would like to never have this problem there... Thank you
