As a patient, the information that I paid a lot of money for with two NDs, I could have gotten off the internet. Last night while going through papers, I found cancelled checks for the NDs and the supplements, which were symptom control. The total was over $1500 in three months for the first one and more for the second, and the underlying causes that NDs always claim to know about were never found, by them. A nutritionist figured out (inability to properly metabolize fat). Those three visits totalled $200.00.

The first ND is a very highly regarded ND in NJ who was very kind and had lots of integrity, whereas the other was her polar opposite.

NJ is a state that doesn't license, so it was difficult for them to even send me out for blood work, as that would be working towards a diagnosis. However, their office visit fees were expensive and they kept nice offices, one private, one in a group practice with real doctors.
