I completely understand your situation. I have suffered 40+ years with constipation. The I read about Primal Defense with HSO. (Puts good bacteria into gut). Worked great. I only took it for a month (1 per day) that was enough. Now I have a movement every morning and somtimes 2 or more that same day. I feel so much better. Also, back pain has decreased.
