Can't poop

Hello, I have been struggling with Chronic Constipation for nearly 2 years. Ive trie lax's and sticking my figer in there to see if i can feel cancerous lumps. I'm do for a colonoskopy on monday. my doctor said don't get me hopes up for it to be normal, i might have malignant cancer
