ND clinical training

Hi,
Im wondering how pleased any NDs here are with their clinical training.
I really believe in the naturopathic philosophy, but am strongly drawn to clinical education. I want to know if its possible to take a preceptorship in a hospital, for emergency medicine, oncolygy, cardiology, or anything like that
thatnks.
