Not totally sure what you mean by "availiable to YOU ". Obstetrics is called midwifery in naturopathy. These courses are only available for those in the midwifery program. The only elective manipulation course i recall is Upledger cranio-sacral therapy. Though, other physical medicine courses like advanced hydrotherapy and balneology electives are available.
