Adrenal gland fatigue

What is the best treatment approach to severe adrenal fatigue when ACTH is very low (below 5)? By the way, ACTH stim test increased cortisol and aldosterone, but not DHEA. Cortisol am is 11. DHEA and aldosterone consistently both below 5. I am not happy at all with my endo, and am making an appt wih a highly recommended naturopathic doctor. I have had progressive symptoms for over 20 years!
