urinary tract problem

I used a 3-4 yr. out dated propolactic. there is something residing in the end of my urinary tract. when urinating in a glass jar, i can see the invader. it reproduces quickly, and grows elongated. when left in the jar for sev. hrs. it really reproduces, clouding the urine. it hasnt progressed up my utinary tract [i try to urinate freq.] what can i do to get rid of this.
