What extracurriculum activities are good for making it to the ND program (beside healthcare volunteer works and visiting a local ND).

Also, what are the GPA for entrance. I have asked NCNM and Bastyr, and both have the average GPA of around 3.3 to 3.4...But I'd like to know some more if anyone has the information
