allergic dermatitis reaction to dairy?

Everytime I consume cheese, milk, or whey I get a light rash on face & torso accompanied by heat. This clears up if I do not consume these products. The only medication I take is synthroid so I figure this is a dairy allergy, but I can't find any information on it.
