sinusitis

I've had 4 sinus infections in 5 months. I've visited my family doctor and he has prescribed penacillin each time. However, it keeps coming back and its quite unfortable. I get terrible headaches, pugged ears and constant nasal secretions. He mentioned a surgery, but I've heard bad things about it. Anything I don't want to be on antibiotics so frequently. Im already on Losec for stomach problems. Anything I can do to help?
