clentching teeth/ biting insides of mouth

Hi,
I have a bad habit of clentching my teeth, biting the insides of my mouth till they bleed, and grinding. Is there anything I could take or do to stop doing this? I'm starting to get neck pain.. I also have chronic fatigue syndome.
