NDs with MPH degree

I was just wondering if any NDs here have an MPH degree, and what their scope of practice is, in terms of the work they do and the opportunities they have. I am just finishing my MPH (Master of Public Health degree) and am thinking to apply shortly to ND school. I know many MDs get MPH degrees to open up leadership opportunities for themselves, but I don't know many NDs who also have an MPH degree... so I thought I'd ask. Thanks!!
