Despite the inaccuracy of their methods, the live blood consultants are often the only quasi-medical individual their clients see. What they do right is listen and spend a great deal of time explaining the results as they see them. Again and again we see that interaction as the glue that keeps the consultant in business despite the ineffectiveness of their methods.
