Talk to some students about the issues on campus before you come in. Have a financial plan and understanding of the difficulties of med school/life. Answer the question: why should I let you in and not someone else? Make your thank you card ahead of time, to mail when you leave the interview so it shows up quickly. But mostly be who you are.
