twitching with adrenal fatigue ???

Hi
I have been having twitching all over my body, very tierd even after sleep im tierd all day and have had a chronic bacteria infection that antibiotics will not get rid of i have turned to probiotics which are working but does this sound like it could be adrenal gland fatigue i have been to a neurologist and he said twitching wasnt neurilogical could it be from adrenal glad fatigue? I had a baby nov 4 and a uterine infection and was given several 13 total antibiotics im just run down and worried any help would be appreciated. thank you
