bright red blood 3 days post

I had my mirena taken out 3 days ago and all of a sudden today i am cramping and bleeding...is this normal?? i havent had my period in 2 years and i am 22. Could this already be my period or is it just spoting? What i mean is was there anyone who got there period right away after removel?
