Last year, I was under enormous stress with a father who was terminally ill that I was taking care of.
I, also, had constant rumblings in my lower abdomen, was not hungry, ate well and did not experience any abdomenal pain. The rumblings were embarrasing among my peers and co-workers. My annual physical with my physician did not reveal that anything serious was going on with my health.
September 2006, my father passed away.
I noticed after his death and things started to settle down and I was gradually getting my life to some since of normalcy the rumblings completely stopped and have not reocurred. Please consider if there is any stressful situation going on in your life that you may not recognized as STRESS that could be affecting your inner health.
I realized now that the enormous amount of stress I was under caring for my ill father and internalizing a lot of emotions contributed to the my body just going into a whacky mode which I had no control over. However, thank God things are back to normal.
