The quality of education you'd receive from CCNM is right on par and comparable to that which you'd receive from the other ND schools you ask about (NCNM, Bastyr, etc.). They are all accredited by the Council on Naturopathic Medical Education (CNME), which is the official accrediting body for naturopathic medical (ND) schools, as recognized by the U.S. Dept. of Education (ED).

Regarding the degree-granting issue relayed above, it's true that the 2 Canadian schools do only issue "diplomas" at this time. However this only becomes an issue if you wish to practice in Washington state. As a CCNM graduate, after passing the NPLEX, you will be qualified to practice in the other states.
