I agree with RK, you've got a pretty good chance of success and should apply. Having earned a BS, not to mention completed graduate study, your application will be viewed favorably.

You may even wish to apply to more than one of the ND schools, as the acceptance requirements do vary slightly from school to school. This would increase your odds even more.
