Cold hands and feet

Hi there,
I commonly experience cold hands and feet - despite moderate exercise. the doctors do not find anythingwrong in my blood test - do to with thryoid dysfunction etc. I have been told to engage in rigorous exercise but I am wonerding if there is anything more?
My left eye flickers sometimes aswell and sometimes the right eye is more protuding out. I have bad memory recall - in that a very easy word - I forget what it's called (I am aware probably I need to take more good oils in my diet). I am 32 and used to suffer from very bad acne in teenage years - had the isotrenonin (retin a derivative) treatment. I know this may have scarred my liver. I am on a perticularly clean diet (free form transfats etc). Please kindly advise. many thanks
