Reynauds phenomenon or Reynolds syndrome, cold hands and feet, can be due to an allergic response to cold or as a side effect to a multitude of systemic illness. It sounds like a more complex problem given your other symptoms. It might be a reasonable idea to call your local ND (check www.naturopathic.org) and see if they can shed any light.
