Retroverted uterus, pain during intercourse.

Hi, Im an RN and my partner has a retroverted uterus, which causes her extreme pain and physical limitations during intercourse. She doesn't seem bothered by more extreme menstrual cramps or incontinence. Does anyone have any ideas ? I would rather avoid alopathy if possible.
