persistent infection

a couple years ago i had an in-grown nose hair become infected and worked it's way out through the tip of my nose. (very painful). ever since i have had a persistent infection just inside my left nostril at the tip that comes and goes and is currently here. I get small but very painful boils inside my left nostril and when i lance them for temporary relief, inevitably, the tip of my nose will swell up and turn bright red for a few days (more painful). How do i kill this infection without antibiotics?
