In addition, after wearing my IUD for 3 years and having Ovarian Cysts for 1.5 years, My doctor insists that the cysts and the IUD have no relation. How about this, a large cyst was found during an ultrasound on my L ovary. I scheduled surgery with my Gyno. After sex with hubby I bled to my knees but the doc did surgery anyway and found NO cyst. It had ruptured during intercourse.
