Too many diseases

I'm 29 years old and tired of being sick.

I was diagnosed with Wegeners Granulomatosis 10 years ago (it's an autoimmune disease and was treated with chemo and steroids), I have had migraines since the age of 18, gall stones when I was pregnant at 25 y.o., had a blood clot and pleurisy in my left lung last November, has calcium spots in my kidneys, was diagnosed with melanoma in April this year and is just now recovering from shingles. I have long periods of stomach problems where I have to use the restroom very shortly after eating/drinking anything. My BP and cholesterol is fine.

I think it's too many health concerns for my age and I'm thinking if some if it is somehow connected. And also if there's anything I can do to improve my health? I work out 4-5 hours a week. I'm afraid to take medicine that will strengthen my immune system, due to the autoimmune disease I have. That one was caused by an overactive immune system which is why they used chemo; to knock my immune system down.

Any help/ideas will be greatly appreciated.
