help, mirena is hell

I've had the mirena in since october 3. It's hell!! I've gained alot of weight, been bleeding all the time, having pain, joints are sore, losing hair, numbness in my left side, blurry vision, irratablity, headaches, and dizziness. And the place that put it in refused to take it out. What do I do?
