I usually get some bad cases of sinusitis where I am prescribed steroidal nasal sprays and antibiotic pills. I don't mind taking them, but I don't want to keep having chronic sinusitis and then result in taking antibiotics and nasal steroids over and over again.

So I tried a naturo way. I tried some product called AQUA MARIS. It's a collection of salts and minerals from the Adriatic sea and I use it often, to prevent my sinuses from getting out of whack which results in sinusitis. So far, so good!
