Joint Pain during twin pregnancy

Hi,
Iâ��m 7 weeks pregnant and I have terrible pain in joints. I was wondering if anyone else also had similar pains. I don't know if I am carrying twins but clinical specialist mentioned to me that my progesterone levels are very high and that may be a sign of a multiple pregnancy. If anyone has similar symptoms please let me know as to what I should do. Thanks!
