unknown source of odor

I have been having an odor from my private parts for several months.I have no other symptems from urine or vagina.It smells the best I can say like cat shit,if I don't wash down there morning and night.
I also have fibromyalgia and poly myocitis, so I am on several medications.
Could you give me some idea of what causes this.
