Re: removal of Mirena

I have mine still in but I have just received a letter from NHS telling me to have it checked. Over the last week I started to reflect and remembered the words of a chinese doctor I saw that it is unnatural for a woman in her early thirties not to have a period each month and cleanse the body of toxins. Also, my depression has increased in the last five years and i'm wondering if it is connected, my stomach always bloated, low libido, gained about five stone in as many years. It seems everywhere I look woman are saying the same thing mine has been in for five years I think it is time to take it out. X
