CCNM Diploma, not Degree

Hello everyone,
first I'd like to thank everyone for their input, and thank god I found out about this forum before enrolling in CCNM. Someone pointed out that they only offer ND diplmoas, and I just called CCNM to confirm it. They told me the process might take up to 10 years, personally I find the 72k tuition whopping for a diploma and 4 years of my life. Does this mean that CCNM graduates can't call themselves doctors?
and what if they qualify for a degree program 10 years later, what happen to those who already conferred the diploma?
