I would also like to know how the naturopathic degree compares to a nurse practitioner degree as far as practice rights, competitveness of programs, etc.

I've prepared applications for naturopath schools. But I'm wondering if it wouldn't be a good idea to apply to NP or PA programs as a "back up", in case I don't get in. Also, it seems that NPs can practice in more states then NDs.
