urinary tract infection

I have a urinary tract infection, ongoign for four days now. i am taking azo cranberry tabs, epsom salt baths as well as drinking one tablespoon in water once a day, drinking gallons of water a day, started d-mannose yesterday, and just bought some colloidal silver today. it is not raging but i would like to completely get rid of it...any suggestions?
