Teenage daughter sweats

My twelve year old daughter HATES having underarm perspiration show on her clothes, she's still wearing a jacket all day and it's 85 degrees (in AZ). I hear the alum in deodorant is bad for females & we're trying the clinical strength deod, so I don't like that. Any natural ways to curtail this?
