Mirena weight gain

The ob/gyn is swearing that Mirena is not causing weight gain. I went to my physician to rule out anything else but since I have gotten the Mirena I have gained 24 pounds. I feel like I wake up with an extra 5 pounds every couple of weeks. My breast feel like someone injected implants, my hips and butt are huge. I cant fit any clothes and this is getting fustrating. Once I receive a negative on my physicians test, I am removing this mess. I have taken pills for years and never felt like this.
