I second that!

I let myself be talked into having the Mirena because my gyn was too wimpy to discuss more permanent solutions to my heavy periods. 40 lbs heavier, acne-scarred, and no-sexdrive after 4.8 years later and I've finally gotten the damn thing out after all fingers point towards the IUD as the culprit.

I hope no woman gets the Mirena without reading more about the very real side effects doctors fail to mention.
