i obtained an infection in my uterus. so far i've taken three different antibiotics and have not been able to get it to go away. i have a cyst on my right ovary. i also started getting yeast infections that wouldn't go away. my doctor said that's common with mirena. i had pain virtually the entire time i had it in along with a restless feeling in my abdomen. i had it taken out a couple of months ago and i still have the pain in my abdomen. i also have inflammaton that my doctor felt was necessary to freeze off she said that too came from the iud most likely.
