I haven't tried anything other than birth control pills. My husband didn't like the mood they put me in. I couldn't stand the headaches. After reading the posts, he too agrees I need it out. He said he can just use condoms, yea, I'll be pregnant in 3 months... I thinks I'm going to try the pill again. Does anyone know if it causes weight gain? It didn't b4, but I guess with age, everything changes, I could gain weight. Y do DRs insist the mirena doesn't contribute to weight gain? The same with acne. Why can't they see this? After 40 lbs and a face full of acne, I feel the ugliest I have ever felt. I have always felt to be pretty until now. It is crazy. If you get the ring, let us know how it does for you. Good luck.
