I've just been sterilised. Best thing I've done - no more hassle. Just turned 40, wish they'd have let me go ahead at 20 when I first asked. The Mirena coil has ruined my skin and is still red and spotty whereas previously I had perfect skin. I suggest sterilisation but think carefully first.
