Hi Ladies - I was chatting with hubby about my Mirena and he suggested in do some research. Since i had mine inserted, about 2 years ago, I have had hair loss - I have ALOT of hair and have always "lost" it when i wash it and brush it but it seemed more than the norm was coming out.... I dismissed it - you know after having baby your body changes etc etc etc.
After about 6 months i e-mailed my gynae about increased facial hair, nothing like big black hairs, but my fair blonde hairs where getting slightly coarser on my chin. I have been tweezing them since....
But after reading all your posts - I am getting this thing OUT! WTF is going on that there are SO many people having BAD side effects and they continue to sell it. I think its shocking!
Hubby is going for the SNIP!!
I have been moody, lifeless, tired, brainless and just yuk for months. I thought it was just life, and work and KIDS - and I actually HATE the thought of sex... i am very put off of the thought, and I must tell you I haev been very over weight, i have recently lost 18kgs, looking good now and I still dont want sex.....
