Well, I am definatly feeling much better; acne cleared, no bloated feeling, normal beginning and end to menstrual cycle, My skin looks good again, my hair is healthier and shiny again, moods are much much better, I am my happy self again :) I still haven't lost the 10 lbs yet, I guess that is just harder to take off than it was to put on. GOOD LUCK TO THE REST OF YOU.
