Is this normal 2 weeks after insertion?

I had my Mirena inserted 2 weeks ago and I am still bleeding and spotting (it goes back and forth) but my real problem is I am getting such horrible cramps. They too will come and go but when they come OMG! Is this supposed to be still happening 2 weeks after?
